1. General Provisions

mcw (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "Site") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between mcw and the user. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, the user gives full consent to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The user acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms in full. Any user who disagrees with any part of these Terms is requested to refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use mcw services:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
• The user must not be a resident of any country or territory where online betting or gaming is explicitly illegal.
• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• Users must conduct transactions using their own name and their own payment method.
• Professional athletes, referees, or individuals associated with any sports organization may not place bets on the relevant sport.

mcw reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Users must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. mcw reserves the right to close any account where false or incorrect information has been provided. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number given at registration and verification is mandatory.

3.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their password and login credentials completely confidential. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out from their account. Any suspicious activity must be reported to the mcw support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mcw conducts a user identity verification (KYC) process to ensure secure transactions. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. The withdrawal process may be held until the required documents are submitted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on mcw can currently be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once funds are credited to the account, the user may immediately begin betting and gaming.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. If mcw detects fraud or suspicious activity in any transaction, it reserves the right to freeze that transaction and conduct an investigation. Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until a 25x wagering requirement has been completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

mcw regularly offers promotions, including the mcw Weekly Deposit Gift (30%, up to ৳5,000), the mcw Friday Special (50%, up to ৳8,000), and the mcw Slots Festival Bonus (40%, up to ৳6,000). Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If mcw suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• mcw reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled. mcw reserves the right to determine odds and payouts. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void and the deposit will be returned.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

Results in live casino and slot games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and the outcome of a previous round has no effect on the next.

6.3 VIP Cashback

mcw VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. A maximum weekly cashback of 0.2% applies at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. For example, a Gold member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

mcw prioritises responsible gaming. Consider gaming a source of entertainment, not income. It is advised to set your own spending limits by following the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming the same offer under multiple identities.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software or games.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform or money laundering.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account or any attempt at hacking.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Harassing or attempting to harm platform staff or other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be cooperated with if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by mcw

mcw may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of any clause of the Terms.
• Opening an account with false information.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• Security risks or technical issues.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user wishing to close their account may contact the mcw support team. Available balances must be withdrawn before submitting an account closure request.

9. Limitation of Liability

mcw continually works to ensure the reliability of its services. However, mcw will not be liable for the following:

• Cancellation of bets or games due to loss of internet connection.
• Any issues caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game studios).
• Faults with the user's own device or network.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.
• Losses arising from the user sharing their login credentials with others.

In the event of a technical issue, mcw will review relevant evidence and attempt to provide a fair resolution.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Changes to Terms
